Who are Ocean View Properties

Ocean View Properties is the brainchild of Colin Thomas, the Managing Director of a midlands based company called Residential Lettings. Residential Lettings specialise in a complete Buy to Let management service, providing the Landlord with a complete ‘hands-off’ investment proposition.

Colin realised that the same model could be used overseas and formed Ocean View Properties. Ocean View partner with developers to build Spanish property targeted at the investor. All Ocean View’s developments are exclusive to Ocean View. The types of property and location have been chosen with close consultation to the Travel Industry with rental yields in mind. Ocean View Properties have a sister company Ocean View Travel who specialise in the management and letting of Spanish properties.

Since its inception 3 years ago, Ocean View have sold over 1,300 properties.

Ocean View Properties are not based overseas, they are a UK Company specialising in Spanish Property with more than 20 offices across the country.

Ocean View Properties work with UK based investors to provide a robust Spanish property investment vehicle, similar to UK Buy to Let but benefiting from the economic factors present overseas.
